Terms and Conditions
Furniture removal or storage are subject to DMF’s general conditions.
All other services are subject to the general conditions of The Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders, NSAB 2000.
Under these conditions our liability for loss of, deterioration of, or damage to goods is limited to SDR 8.33 per kilo and our liability for delay is limited to the amount of the freight, but not exceeding SDR 500.000,00 per order.In connection with storage, our total liability for damage is limited to SDR 500,000.00 for any incident of damage occured (§ 27). Special attention is directed to the stipulations that any claim against us becomes statute-barred after 1 year (§ 30) and that the lien on goods (§ 14) applies to both current and previous claims. Claims for freight etc. must be honoured regardless of the terms of delivery under the contract of sale or freight agreement (§ 10).
The costumer is not intitled to set off any claims against our claim for freight and other payments for services rendered.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery
The following standard terms apply to all transport jobs conducted with our own truck, unless other arrangement have been made:
Pickup within 1-6 business days in Denmark, and 1-10 business days from Sweden, Norway and Germany. All other countries are subject to change.
Delivery to addresses in Denmark within 2-7 business days after pickup. All other countries are subject to change.
Custom terms apply for overseas shipments and third-party transports, as described in the relevant quotation.
Cancellation
Cancelling a transport after it has been initiated, will cost an administrative fee of DKK 100.
Right of Return
We offer no rights of return on transport or other services, as these are intangible goods.
For package materials and other tangible goods, we offer 7 days of return, as long as the goods are unused and if possible still in the origial wrapping.
